Dimasa pandemi ini apa apa bisa kita lakukan dengan online, seperti belajar, belanja, bahkan pembuatan Kartu Keluarga ( KK ) dan Akta Kelahiran bisa dilakukan secara online. Tentu layanan ini dilakukan sebagai solusi saat pandemi Covid-19, dan cara buat KK online dipermudah dimana para pengaju hanya tinggal melengkapi persyaratan dan langsung ke Kantor Kecamatan untuk mendaftar lalu pengaju bisa mencetaknya sendiri. Ketentuan tersebut berdasarkan surat edaran nomor : 470/ 625/ DKPS/ 2020 tentang Pencetakan Hasil Pelayanan Pendaftaran Penduduk dan pencatatan Sipil di Kabupaten Purwakarta.
Untuk efisiensi, efektifitas dan kemudahan dalam Administrasi Kependudukan dan menindaklanjuti ketentuan pasal 12 dan 14 Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 109 Tahun 2019 tentang formulir dan Buku yang digunakan dalam Administrasi Kependudukan , bahwa pencetakan hasil pelayanan sebagai berikut :
- Pendaftaran Penduduk kecuali berupa : KTP EL, SKTT dan KIA;
- Kutipan Akta Pencatatan Sipil
Menggunakan :
- Bahan Baku : Kertas HVS 80 gram
- Ukuran : A4
- Jumlah : 1 ( Satu ) rangkap
- Warna : Putih
Pencetakan hasil pelayanan pendaftaran penduduk sebagaimana tersebut diatas dapat dilakukan secara mandiri sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
Edaran tersebut sangat menguntungkan bagi warga karena hal tersebut sangat memudahkan warga yang membutuhkan Kartu Keluarga jika mendesak, namun masih ada warga yang belum mengetahui edaran tersebut dan masih ada juga yang belum paham cara membuatnya sehingga kami Pemerintah Desa Wanayasa dalam Rapat minggon pada hari Jumat, 05 Juni 2020 di Aula Desa Wanayasa, pukul 09:00 bersama Kades Babang Subarna, M.Pd menghimbau kepada Seluruh Perangkat dan Aparat Desa agar ikut serta mensosialisasikannya kepada warga namun sampai saat ini masih ada warga yang belum mengetahui edaran tersebut sehingga kami perlu terus mensosialisasikannya.
Adapun warga yang tidak begitu paham cara melakukannya warga masih tetap bisa mencetaknya di Kecamatan Wanayasa yang dilakukan oleh Petugas Dinas Kependudukan langsung melalui Koordinator Wilayah atau Operator Dinas Kependudukan Purwakarta. Warga hanya membawa dan melengkapi persyaratan yang telah di cek oleh petugas Kantor Desa, selanjutnya warga langsung mengajukan permohonan tersebut ke Kantor Kecamatan untuk di verifikasi ulang dan dicetak dengan begitu pelayanan tetap berjalan lancar.
Harapan kami mudah mudahan dengan diberlakukannya cetak mandiri diharapkan warga tidak ada lagi yang belum memiliki Kartu Keluarga ataupun Akta kelahiran karena kemudahan dalam melakukannya sehingga warga tidak ada alasan malas mengurusnya.
Kami Pemerintah Desa Wanayasa beserta segenap Aparat Desa siap berkomitmen untuk senantiasa melayani kebutuhan warga dalam kepengurusan Kartu Keluarga dan sejenisnya.
